Ever since I started building apps with AI-powered no-code tools this year, I've been enjoying being an active participant in the conversation about how non-technical people like me can create software.

About six weeks ago, I participated in a podcast with [Ray Myers](https://www.linkedin.com/in/cadrlife/), the Chief Architect at [All Hands AI](https://www.all-hands.dev/). We covered a lot of ground, including:

* **The 24-hour testing window:** How I built the web version of my app, [MuseKat](https://musekat.com/), in a single weekend without coding myself

* **Running an org with AI execs:** Using custom GPTs trained by persona helped me manage a dev team as a non-technical GM

* **Rapidly prototyping multiple app versions in one weekend**: The power of no-code builder modules to rapidly deploy feature prototypes.

* **Security breaches and the risk of attacks:** The time I unknowingly installed spyware planted by my own company’s security team, and reimagining the new "white hat hacker" in an AI era.

* **Seizing the moment the build:** Why how no-code building opens a new prototype of a founder (and why we should all be leaning into that)
